For Industry

Nitrexo’s engineering teams use Digital Engineer® to standardise thermal analysis workflows and share proprietary process knowledge across projects. By integrating traditional thermal engineering principles — including ESATAN-TMS® based 3D modelling — with Digital Engineer®’s AI capabilities, engineers can complete analyses more consistently and in a fraction of the time, reducing project timelines and costs for clients across the space, aeronautics, and industrial sectors.

For Academy

Digital Engineer® also acts as a smart AI lab partner, tutor, and study buddy for engineering students. Using the AI chatbot and smart speaker, students in the space industry can consult an expert engineering knowledge base in seconds. Both students and professionals can ask Digital Engineer® to execute standard tasks for them, and can teach it new skills, so the AI becomes smarter and faster with each project iteration.

Partnering individual engineers with AI smartbots multiplies human potential and democratises access to expertise, with the aim of revolutionising the engineering academic environment.

The AI has been trialled at universities across Ireland, Belgium, Spain, and the UK, offered as a “study buddy” to students on space engineering courses to help reduce lab and research costs, and Nitrexo continues to scout partners for future trial phases.
